Helped the Electric Transmission group of a large gas and electric company manage the people side of a major upgrade to their Geological Information Systems (GIS)
- Led the Organizational Change Management (OCM) effort and process improvement for the Electric Transmission Asset Management and Geographic Information System (GIS) project to improve the data completeness, accuracy, and availability of their asset data.
- Coordinated and engaged with 26 impacted departments to increase stakeholder adoption through communication, training and engagement.
- Conducted Stakeholder Impact Analysis, designed and analyzed Stakeholder Surveys, created and managed the Business Communications plan, advised on the Learning Plan, and developed business process flows.
